Indonesian Language Education Study Program, UMM – The series of FSKM (Malang City Literature Festival) activities finally entered its final day, Sunday (22/10). Starting on October 19, FSKM had a very busy activity agenda, held from nine in the morning to nine in the evening non-stop for four consecutive days.
Students from the Indonesian Language Education Study Program FKIP UMM were guest stars to enliven the closing of the Malang City Literature Festival which was held at the Van Java Coffee shop, Dau Malang City. The students who are members of the Sanggar Aksara Poetry Musicalization Group performed a musicalization of poetry with theatrical movements. Presented two poems, namely a poem with the title Surat Pujangga and Purnama An Independence Beach by Prasetya Wahyu.
As the opening performer, PBI FKIP UMM students gave a very stunning performance in front of hundreds of FSKM spectators. Muftahul Huda, as Group Leader, admitted that he was very satisfied with the performance of his friends.
"We have prepared ourselves and trained intensely to become performers at the FSKM closing event. "We are satisfied with our performance," said Huda, his nickname.
"If we talk about shortcomings, of course there are still many shortcomings. "Earlier there were also obstacles in the technical department, such as the mic being uncomfortable and the sound still having a bit of interference," he continued.
Muhammad Dandy, Chief Executive of FSKM, was also very grateful for being willing to be an organizer at the closing of FSKM. "Thank you to the Literacy Studio group from the PBI Study Program for taking their time in the midst of their busy studies. From this event there are several things that need to be used as evaluation material. "Hopefully our process together will be useful for all of us," concluded M. Dandy.
